Tropical Occasions is the oldest and most experienced
events and wedding planning company in Costa
Rica. With over 600 events to our
credit in the space of just eight years, our knowledge of the country’s locations
and available event services is second-to-none.
Through our
hundreds of weddings orchestrated in Costa Rica over the years we have
learned which vendors provide the best service and quality. We’ve worked with
every major hotel, have contracted all the best photographers, florists,
caterers, officiates, bands and DJs, and absolutely believe that our service
standards are the best in the country.
Perhaps most
importantly, what sets Tropical Occasions apart from the other local planners
who follow our lead is that we are passionate about what we do. Our
business is successful, thriving and growing every year because we are
constantly evolving; looking for new ideas and innovations that lead to successful
events and happy clients.
 
It is our job to
handle every detail of your event. We
are designers, planners, coordinators, and lots of things in between. One of our main tasks will be to make
recommendations to you with respect to event-related services. Everything from type of event that is
appropriate for your group, location, food, and beverages, to flowers, hair,
make-up, and massages. All will be tailored to your individual
requirements. We don’t sell packages simply
because we believe in individuality and freedom of choice. Your event is your event and your guests, not
someone else’s.
While weddings
have been our specialty we are multi faceted and throw a great party no matter
what the occasion. If you are hosting clients, an open house, fundraising event
or just a private party at your villa we can help you with a theme that best
suits your event and your guests. Once this has been decided we will work with
you to create the décor, music, special entertainment and anything else needed
to put on a perfectly orchestrated event.
